Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your
order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as
the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track
the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. You can also track your order by going to "Track Your Order" section.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. Shipping times are typically 5-10 business days for the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia, and 10-15 business days for the rest of the world. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your package is shipped. Thank you!

Return & Exchange

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so under the same conditions as returns. Simply let us know when requesting a return that you would like to exchange the item for a different one. We'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
